My morning demolition for a "simple" wall installation lead to a major repair being needed. Never seen stairs without a proper stringer, but apparently in 1911 that's how they rolled. Stairs fell apart, Mountain Creek Construction to the rescue. So many, MANY thanks to Katherine and Tim. You're my heroes today!! 7 hours and the original stairs were rebuilt into a new wall and are sturdy and silent now. AMAZING!!

I was selling my house and the inspection found a leek in the bathroom. It turned out to be a major problem. I didn't have time to go through insurance, Katharine and Tim did right by me. They cleaned up all the mold, put in a new subfloor and a fully tiled shower! Best part was they resourced everything locally, no special order wait times.  I was able to sell my house and the new bathroom was a bit hit!

I am in a housing market that does not allow for conditions on the sale. I bought a house and then had the inspection done after. Tim was amazing at walking me through the inspection, what needed to be prioritized first and safely. He put my mind at ease and then was able to tackle a list of projects including electrical, structural, venting, plumbing and exterior. Within a week it was all taken care of and I was given a tour and user guide to understand my home. I live alone and it means so much to me that I have been given the skills and tools to be able to evaluate, resources or address any unanticipated issue within my home.
